Living life is about family first. After being born and raised in SoCal for many years, my wife of 49 years and I decided to move near our daughter and 3 grandsons in Coeur D Alene, Idaho December 2018. We still have family in Southern California and travel there. I am VERY familiar with the real estate markets in both Northern Idaho and Southern California. I also have a team of associates in both Coeur D Alene and Anaheim Hills when something needs to be done ASAP. I am available by phone and internet 24/7. I am a Veteran and knowledgeable about the VA loan programs as well as FHA and Conventional.
